Who I Serve

Professional Notarization,
Wherever You Are

From hospital bedsides to real estate closings, I bring notary service directly to you — at home, at work, or in a medical facility anywhere in the Twin Cities metro.

Families & Individuals

Power of attorney, healthcare directives, wills, affidavits, and personal documents. I know these appointments often come during stressful moments — I'll keep things simple and move at your pace.

Medical Facility Staff

Hospital social workers and care coordinators at facilities like HCMC, Regions, Fairview, and Ebenezer can reach out directly to schedule bedside appointments for patients who can't travel.

Real Estate Professionals

Title companies, lenders, and real estate attorneys count on me to show up on time, handle the package accurately, and keep borrowers comfortable through the signing.

Attorneys & Legal Professionals

I support law firms needing dependable notarization for client documents, affidavits, and sworn statements — on your schedule, at your location or theirs.

I've Been in Those Rooms

Most of my calls aren't routine. Someone's dad is in the ICU at HCMC and they need a POA signed today. A refinance is closing tomorrow and the borrower works nights and can't get to a title company during business hours. A family in Woodbury needs healthcare directives signed before a surgery next week.

I started Velocity Signing Services because I kept hearing the same story — someone needed a notary during a crisis and couldn't find anyone who could actually show up. I built this business around being available when it matters. That means evenings, weekends, and yes — hospital calls.

  • I show up on time, every time
  • I know hospital check-in procedures and facility protocols
  • Clear communication before and after every appointment
  • Evenings and weekends available — urgency doesn't follow business hours
  • Serving the full Twin Cities metro

About

Professional. Reliable. Here When You Need Us.

Velocity Signing Services is a mobile notary and signing service based in the Twin Cities. I started this business because I kept running into the same problem — people needed a notary during a difficult moment and couldn't find anyone available. A family dealing with a medical emergency. A senior in a care facility who couldn't leave. A borrower with a closing tomorrow who works days.

I built Velocity around being the person who actually shows up — on time, prepared, and without adding more confusion to an already stressful situation. Every appointment gets my full attention, whether it's one document at your kitchen table or a full closing package at a borrower's home in Shakopee.

I'm a commissioned Minnesota Notary Public and a licensed Minnesota Closing Agent. I'm familiar with hospital check-in procedures and facility visitor policies across the metro. And I'm available evenings and weekends, because urgent situations don't keep business hours.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question not answered here? Call or text me and I'll be happy to help.

Do you travel to hospitals and nursing homes?
Yes — hospital, nursing home, assisted living, and memory care facility visits are a big part of what I do. I've worked at facilities across the metro, including HCMC, Regions, Fairview, and various assisted living and memory care communities. If it's urgent, call or text me directly and I'll do my best to get there same day.
Can you notarize a power of attorney?
Yes. Just have the document already drafted before we meet — I can't prepare or advise on the document itself. The signer needs to be present with valid photo ID and signing of their own free will.
What ID is required?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or passport card. The name on the ID needs to match the document. If you're unsure about a specific situation, just ask before the appointment.
Does the signer need to be alert and willing?
Yes, and this is important. The signer needs to understand what they're signing and be doing so voluntarily. I can't assess legal capacity — if there's any concern about that, please talk to the patient's doctor or a licensed attorney before scheduling.
Should documents be signed before the appointment?
No — please wait. The signer has to sign in front of me for the notarization to be valid. If the document is already signed, it may need to be reprinted. Bring the unsigned document and valid photo ID.
Can you provide witnesses?
Not guaranteed — witness availability varies by appointment. Contact me in advance if your document requires witnesses. In most cases, witnesses need to be arranged through the signer's family or facility staff.
Can you give legal advice or prepare documents?
No. I'm a notary, not an attorney. I notarize documents you bring to the appointment. For any legal questions about the documents themselves, please consult a licensed Minnesota attorney.
Do you handle real estate closings?
Yes. I'm a licensed Minnesota Closing Agent and work with title companies, lenders, and real estate attorneys on purchase closings, refinances, HELOCs, and more. I travel to borrowers at their home or wherever works best.
How fast can you arrive?
Depends on my current schedule and your location. For hospital and urgent situations, I prioritize getting there as fast as possible — call or text directly for the fastest response. Advance scheduling is also available for planned appointments.
What areas do you serve?
The full Twin Cities metro — Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Burnsville, Eagan, Apple Valley, Woodbury, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Stillwater, and surrounding communities. If you're outside the standard area, reach out and I'll let you know if I can make it work.

I'm not an attorney and can't provide legal advice, prepare documents, or review documents for legal sufficiency. Please consult a licensed Minnesota attorney for legal guidance.
